Our heating and cooling maintenance plans are simple and make sense.
While other companies are bragging about their multi-point inspections, we prefer to tell you exactly what you are getting for your hard-earned money.

What is included in my heating and cooling maintenance?
Heating Maintenance:
- Inspect ignition system
- Inspect all controls, accessories, wiring, and connections including but not limited to contractors, relays, circuit boards, capacitors, and other accessories
- Inspect, clean and adjust burner assembly
- Inspect heat exchanger / heating elements
- Inspect flue system
- Inspect and clean drains as needed
- Clean or replace air filters*
- Inspect blower assembly**
- Check all pressures and adjust as needed
- Check for gas leaks
- Check for presence of Carbon Monoxide
- Check all smoke and CO detectors
- Measure temperature rise and adjust airflow as needed
- Inspection of all visible duct work
Cooling Maintenance:
- Check unit for proper refrigerant levels
- Remove dirt, leaves and debris from inside condenser coil cabinet
- Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan, and condensate drain lines–clean as needed**
- Inspect all controls, accessories, wiring, and connections including but not limited to contactors, relays, circuit boards, capacitors, and other accessories
- Inspect compressor and tubing
- Inspect and clean blower assembly as needed**
- Check base pan for drainage restrictions and remove obstructions as needed**
- Clean or replace air filters*
- Measure temperature drop and adjust airflow as needed
- Inspection of all visible duct work
*Standard 1” or 2” filter change included. Additional charges will apply for specialty filters or those of unique sizes.
